Thank you for visiting this website which has been established in connection with the Scheme of Arrangement Pursuant to Section 425 of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Scheme") proposed by Energis plc (in administration) (the "Company"). This site is only for use by persons who hold Notes issued the Company. The Scheme will, if implemented, materially affect the creditors of the Company.
An administration order was made in
respect of the Company on 16 July 2002 by the High Court of Justice in
England. The duration of that order was extended by further orders of such Court
made on 13 March 2003, 26 November 2003 and 27 February 2004. Margaret E. Mills and
Michael D. Rollings both insolvency practitioners of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London,
SE1 2AF have been appointed joint administrators to manage its affairs,
business and property as its agents.
